Individual Psychotherapy
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and it’s normal to feel unsure about opening up to someone new. Many people come to therapy because they’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or traumatic experiences that continue to shape their present. Others come with a sense that something in life feels “off,” even if they can’t yet put words to it. My goal is to create a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and at a pace that feels right for you.
The first few sessions are a chance for us to get to know one another and see if working together feels like a good fit. During this time, I’ll be learning about you—your history, your goals, and the challenges you’re facing. At the same time, you’ll be getting a sense of my style and approach. Therapy works best when there’s a genuine sense of trust and comfort on both sides.
From there, we’ll focus on slowing down to reflect and make sense of the challenges that weigh on you. In our work together, we’ll explore both the immediate difficulties bringing you in and the larger patterns that may be at play. Sometimes that means learning new ways to cope with stress or painful emotions; other times it means uncovering long-standing beliefs or experiences that influence how you see yourself and relate to others.
Sessions are 50 minutes: $150
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers the space to focus on your relationship with intention. Many partners seek support when they feel stuck in the same arguments, experience emotional or physical distance, or find it hard to feel truly understood. Conflict itself isn’t the problem—what matters is how you and your partner repair and reconnect.
In sessions, we’ll explore the patterns that shape your relationship and the unique histories each of you bring into it. Often, challenges in the present are tied to past experiences, family dynamics, or long-standing beliefs about love and closeness. By making sense of these influences and learning new ways of communicating, you can begin to shift how you experience one another.
The goal is to strengthen connection and understanding, so that even in moments of disagreement, you have tools to stay aligned and move forward together.
Sessions are 50 minutes: $175
Group Therapy
Group therapy offers something unique: the chance to learn about yourself through your relationships with others in real time. While individual sessions focus on your inner world, group allows you to notice how you relate to others while in the presence of peers who are engaged in the same process.
In group, you’ll have the opportunity to explore patterns that may keep you feeling isolated or disconnected. You’ll also receive feedback and support from others, which can be both challenging and deeply healing. Over time, many people find that the group becomes a safe space to practice new ways of expressing themselves, building trust, and taking risks in relationship.
Because so much of our growth happens in connection with others, group therapy can open doors that individual therapy might not be able to. It can help you feel less alone, strengthen your confidence in relationships, and create space for more authentic connections in your life outside of therapy.
